As a letting agency we aim to provide you with:

  • Timely responses to your enquiries.
  • A guideline of the requirements to let the property in question.
  • Professional advice and guidance on any tenancy issue.

The Cost to you

When a tenancy and start date has been confirmed, we will require the following paid in full prior to the tenancy starting:

  • First weeks rent paid upon signing the tenancy agreement
  • A bond which is normally 3 to 4 weeks rent

What's the process to rent a property through beHome:

Initially you will need to find a property that is suited to your needs. Then you have two options.

If you love what you see online and want to apply immediately, you can click the Apply NOW button which will take you to the application page on Tenancy Portal website. When applying please ensure you all the information required such as:

  • Correct identification such as drivers license, passport or 18+ card
  • Any previous landlord / agency reference
  • Any significant character references
  • Evidence in your ability to pay the rent
  • Emergency contact information

If you simply want to view the property first before applying then please click through the Book a Viewing option, fill in your name, phone number and email and we will get back to you once a viewing time has been arranged.

Once you have viewed the property you will received emailed updates from the agent detailing your application approval processes.

Ongoing tenancy matters include:

  • Regular inspections at least every 3-4 months
  • Regular maintenance
  • Possible rental evaluations
