Josh is a local, having grown up in Tauranga and completing his secondary education at Tauranga Boys High. His Bachelor of Applied Science degree obtained through AUT provides him with a wide range of skills that compliment his superb knowledge in accounting, administration and computer programmes. Josh has been involved for over 18 years in all facets of residential property management and is known for his enthusiasm and drive in satisfying the property requirements of his wide client base of landlords, tenants and associates. He is passionate about people, keen to ensure that both landlords and families receive quality service and that local and international families can access quality housing. Josh is also known for his experience in placing and managing local and international students in purpose built accommodation for tertiary institutions. Josh loves Tauranga and is well known for his active community involvement through his children’s schools and social activities.
