The Casual Letting Service
As from December 2018 an agency, agent or owner cannot pass onto the tenant, the letting costs involved in letting the property as a Letting Fee. Therefore, the cost will be the owners.
We have packages available to you to choose from and customise where appropriate. Payment is required before the listing commences and will NOT be taken from the first weeks rent.
BASIC LETTING SERVICE - $499.00 + GST
(owner arranges the viewings)
- Up to date market rental appraisal
- Advertising on Trade Me and beHome Realty’s Website
- Full application with photo identification
- Background, reference and credit checking verification
- Completion of all tenancy documents
- Receive full tenancy payment of rent & bond
- Lodgement of bond paid
- Copies of the completed agreement to all parties
- Financial statement to owners
STANDARD LETTING SERVICE - $599.00 + GST
(beHome arranges the viewings)
The BASIC letting services apply but below details the additional services
- Full pre-inspection report completed with pictures of all areas.
- Viewing Tracker Website Listing
- Arrange viewings with applicants
- Show the property using the appropriate Health & Safety Forms
- Arrange additional meetings with owner, if required.
COMPLETE LETTING SERVICE - $699.00 + GST
(beHome arrange viewings and completes full pre-inspection)
The BASIC & STANDARD letting services apply but below details the additional services
- Full pre-inspection report completed with pictures of all areas.
- Smoke Alarm verification
- Asbestos detection (limited liability)
- Reports sent to all parties.
- Recommendations on improvements
Heathy Homes Check - $199.00 + GST
- Healthy Homes Report Completed including the prescribed Tenancy Services Heating Assessment.
