Josh Fitzgibbon
Josh is a local, having grown up in Tauranga and completing his secondary education at Tauranga Boys High. His Bachelor of Applied Science degree obtained through AUT provides him with a wide range of skills that compliment his superb knowledge in accounting, administration and computer programmes. Josh has been involved for over 12 years in all facets of residential property management and is known for his enthusiasm and drive in satisfying the property requirements of his wide client base of landlords, tenants and associates. He is passionate about people, keen to ensure that both landlords and families receive quality service and that local and international families can access quality housing. Josh is also known for his experience in placing and managing local and international students in purpose built accommodation for tertiary institutions. Josh loves Tauranga and is well known for his active community involvement through his children’s schools and social activities.
Chris Fitzgibbon
Chris brings to beHome a wealth of experience from her real estate career which includes a successful business background and a reputation for strong management and negotiation skills. Having worked successfully in Tauranga real estate sales and management for 15 years Chris has an extensive knowledge of the Tauranga area and its market place. Donna Schwarz
Donna is a familiar face around the office having spent years with behome as our office administrator. With over 20 yrs experience in Real Estate and Property Management roles, Donna is your first port of call and happy to answer any questions you may have. Her previous experience in Property Management both in Australia and NZ in front office roles has given her a broad range of skills and knowledge of the industry. In her quiet time Donna enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her grandchildren
Merv Fitzgibbon
Merv has finally decided to retire and enjoy his golden years in his garden, and with his new little friend - Star. The family purchased a lovely Corgi for him at Christmas and they have hit it off. Karla has returned to the Bay after spending a few years in the Wellington region as a property manager.
