Please drive by the property and see if it suits you. Do not enter onto the property.

If you like what you see you will need to fill out an application form on our website www.behomerealty.co.nz (Apply tab) or call us and we will send you one.

Once we have received this, along with some ID we will arrange a viewing.

Cost to move in is: 3-4 weeks bond + 1 week’s rent + 1 week fee + GST (Fee only).

This must be paid prior to moving in.
