Each unit is cleaned weekly, has all main furniture provided and washing facilities to use. There is plenty of parking.

Rooms become available sporadically. Located halfway between Windermere & Bongard Polytech campuses, with buses available to both.

For Singles - $185.00 per week
Couples - $225.00 per week

An application must be filled in before acceptance into the complex. 

Units comprise of 3-9 bedrooms per unit. 

Cost to move in: 2 weeks bond, 1 weeks rent, $100.00 admin fee. 

No pets, non smokers, must be working or student.
